C.O.O. & Human Resources Director – Partner
Milena is the Xerendipity Human Resources Director and she is also an Executive Partner.
She comes to Xerendipity in 2014, after starting her career in 2010 as Operation Director of Global LifeStyle, an English Tour Operator operating in the luxury market.
In 2014, she joined Circle of Lords, a London-based Luxury Tailor Made Tour Operator & Concierge Services Specialist Company, and she was appointed as Chief Operation Officer, also serving a Member role within the Board of Directors.
Due to the ever-increasing demand of household staff from high-profile clients, Milena and the Circle of Lords Partners make a spin-off: Xerendipity the Household Staff Recruiting Brand and she takes the leading Executive role.
