The Domestic Couple must have at least 5 years of work experience in high profile residences.

Duties of the Domestic Couple Live-In

As a Domestic Couple Live-In, the role includes:

Butler Service – Front of House:

• Responsible for all service duties (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). 
• Informal service.
• Setting up tables (mise-en-place) formal, informal standards according to the daily requirements.
• Taking care of silver, crystal, cookeries, and the butler pantry.
• Liaising with the kitchen.
• Front of the house responsibilities such as welcoming the guests and looking after the guests’ area and their personal needs.
• Light outdoor housework such as looking after the pool area, sweeping leaves, cleaning pathways, setting garden furniture.
• Alarm, electrical, heating system management.
• Uniform and white gloves use, provided by the family, according to daily needs;
• Meet & Greet of guests, manage the external companies, suppliers and maintenance workers;
• Any other duties as required by the principals.

Housekeeper – Cook

• Responsible for all service duties (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). 
• Informal service.
• Setting up tables (mise-en-place) formal, informal standards according to the daily requirements.
• Taking care of silver, crystal, cookeries
• Responsible for cooking tasty and healthy meals for the family
• Occasional dinners with guests
• Family style cooking, healthy and fresh ingredients. Experience for Italian cuisine
• Pantry and grocery shopping
• High-level residence general housekeeping duties: 
  • hoovering, dusting, cleaning
  • fine cleaning: windows, curtains, etc.
• Laundry and ironing:
  • house linen, table linen
  • family wardrobe, luxury clothing
• Care of luxury furniture and art
• Uniform and white gloves use, provided by the family, according to daily needs;
• Meet & Greet of guests, manage the external companies, suppliers and maintenance workers;

Available to travel with the family in mountain, seaside and boat holiday residences.

Must be able to be flexible and manage last-minute changes. 

Must have excellent time management and organisational skills and be looking for a long-term position.

Must have highly professional and be able to use your own initiative and hit the ground running each day.

Must be punctual and reliable and have strong discretion and respect to family life; must manage the family privacy.

Location – Accommodation for the Domestic Couple

The family is based in San Marino. 

The Domestic Couple will be assigned a private independent accommodation within the property.

Work Time – Work Days

• Monday – Saturday
• Saturday afternoon and Sunday day-off
• It is required that the rest must be enjoyed separately.
• High flexibility is required

Languages

The Domestic Couple must speak a good level of Italian.

Mandatory Requirements

Driving license, experience in driving, are mandatory.

Previous experience in high-level families and verifiable references is essential.

Work Start Date

The start date is not set, but the Domestic Couple is required to be available to start as soon as possible. 

Salary Offered and Benefit

• Net monthly salary € 1,800 per person
• 13th month’s salary
